What comes to mind when you hear “espresso”? Perhaps awakening, quick, delicious, energizing, effective…? This 15-minute, energizing morning yoga class is the espresso equivalent of yoga. It’s only 15-minutes long but with enough movement, heat-building, strengthening, and stretching to get you going in the morning. There is only one Chaturanga Dandasana included but you can certainly add more if you wish.
