Explore the unbelievable healing power of the breath in this full 40-minute vinyasa flow class. The class begins with simple breath awareness and then Ujjayi breath. We then take that awareness into our physical bodies by adding gentle movements that flow seamlessly with and in sync with the many different qualities of the breath

After a gentle warm-up, we move into a modified sun salutation sequence, adding twists and lunges to add a little bit more heat. We continue to explore the breath as we move into more challenging, heat-building standing poses. We continue to pause and feel the breath towards a culminating cooling sequence before our final resting pose, Savasana (Corpse Pose).
