45-Minute Yoga for Stress Relief Class - Argentina Rosado Yoga

The class begins with gentle twists and hip openers done lying down on the back. We then follow with gentle movements that help warm up the spine and open the inner and outer thighs. We finish with gentle folds, inversions, and lots of grounding. 

You’ll need a blanket for padding, and 2 yoga blocks.
