As always, make sure to set-up comfortably in Savanna. Find a quiet, cozy spot where you won’t be interrupted. Place a pillow under the knees to support your lower back. Place a pillow under the head for cushioning, making sure your neck remains in a neutral position. Cover your body with a blanket for added comfort and to enhance relaxation. Finally, cover your eyes with a weighted eye pillow.
