This short, but very sweet, guided meditation can be used any time of the day, whether morning, noon, or night, and anytime you’re feeling anxious and/or stress.
You can also use it as your everyday meditation. Since the meditation is short, only 10-minutes (although it can be longer if you wish), it helps you stay consistent with very low time commitment.
We begin with some simple breath awareness to help shift your attention from the outer world and into your inner world. Then, we go into a powerful breathing visual to build focus and stillness. Lastly, we add a count back to the breath and visualization, which is truly the icing on the cake.
