Are you ready for a morning yoga work-out and work-in?
This all-levels (and super beginner-friendly) morning Vinyasa will provide you with just that. A morning workout and in. In this class, you’ll begin with a wide-legged Child’s pose, which will allow you to make the shift inward as you tune into your breathing. Plus, you’ll get a gentle hip opening experience on top of that.
Then you’ll move into energizing Sun Salutations followed by a short sequence of standing poses to further open the hips and shoulders.
Finally, you’ll cool down with gentle twists and more hip openers which you’ll do reclined on the floor.
